Sberbank Programs for Car Parking Places

Car parking places in «Barkli Virgin House» and «Barkli Park», are offered on a special credit program “Garazh”. The credit is available in rubles, US dollars, and euros. For credits not exceeding 1 Mio rubles the supports may be guaranteed by a person, for credits not exceeding 1,5 Mio rubles – be two persons, for credits exceeding 1,5 Mio rubles – by real estate mortgage. The purchased car parking place may not be a mortgage. 

Car parking places these objects are also available on a special credit program “V desiatku!” providing 10% rate, 10% initial payment, and 10 years-long credit length. Applications can be submitted until December, 31 of 2011. Applications approved within this period can result in agreement signing and cash advance after the expiry date of the offer.
